Hello. My name is Calder Zarkos. I was born and raised in Ketchum, Idaho, and I believe the Gem State is one of the country’s most liveable and desirable areas. I developed an interest in real estate investing by watching my grandmother buy, manage and sell properties. Her business acumen inspired me to embark on a career in the industry. With a background in real estate marketing, I took the next step forward, becoming a licensed real estate agent in spring of 2021.

My goal is to create a positive, no-pressure experience when looking for your next investment, whether it be a single or multi-family property. I recently invested personally by purchasing a duplex in Caldwell and am very familiar with the greater Boise market.

I am a former collegiate polo player at Cal Poly and Montana State University, and most enjoy our great outdoors from the back of a horse.
